1. Discover
You tell us where time goes: what repeats, where information is retyped, what slips through the cracks. We listen first and ask about how the work is done today.
You get: a plain list of tasks worth a closer look.
2. Identify
For each task we check whether it repeats, whether the information is accessible, how much time it takes and what happens if it goes wrong. Some tasks don't need AI at all.
You get: an honest recommendation for each task: automate it, use a simpler tool, or leave it alone.
3. Prototype
We build the smallest useful version on real or sample information, so you can see it work rather than read about it.
You get: a working proof of concept you can try.
4. Measure
Before we start we agree what success looks like: time saved, errors reduced, opportunities recovered or something else that matters to you. Then we compare the results.
You get: numbers to judge it by, not impressions.
5. Automate
If it works, we turn it into a dependable workflow that runs on its own, handles exceptions and asks a person when it isn't sure.
You get: a repeatable workflow inside the tools you already use.
6. Improve
We review how it is doing, adjust it, and decide with you whether to extend it to the next task.
You get: a clear next step, or a clear decision to stop.
We don't automate everything. Sometimes AI isn't the right solution. If a normal software feature, spreadsheet or simple process will solve the problem better, we'll tell you.
